Leading the crew is Head Coach Caity, who’s been lifting more than just barbells. With a Masters in Osteopathy and a resume packed with top-tier competitions, she’s crafted a coaching style that’s all about inclusion—no showboating necessary. Remember feeling lost at the gym? Caity did too, so she built MWBC...
Joining her are Coaches Sebb and Brooke, each packing a serious punch. Sebb will charm you with his humour as much as he'll challenge your muscles; he’s the kind of coach who believes a little laughter makes the barbell lighter. Brooke, with her blend of sports science and gym wizardry, ensures your training is not just smart—it’s successful.
