Our Team Training sessions are like a choose-your-own-adventure book, but with barbells. The gym is open, and you've got 1-2 coaches on the floor ready to guide you through your personalised program. And when we say personalised, we mean it, starting with a complimentary 1:1 chat to define your ambitions and map out your initial path.

Once you're on board, our expert coaches will craft a program that's tailored to you. Whether you're looking to improve your technique, increase your strength, or just feel more confident in the gym, we've got you covered.

In Team Training, you'll be working on your own program, at your own pace, alongside a team of like-minded athletes who are all there to support and encourage each other.

With a coach-to-athlete ratio that would make most gyms jealous (we cap our sessions at 18 athletes, with two coaches if there are more than 12), you'll never feel lost in the crowd. Our coaches are always on hand to offer technical help, answer questions, provide support, and even spot you when you're ready to go for that big lift.

Finally, it’s flexible, team! Our doors are open for the early risers and night owls alike, making it easy for you to fit training into your schedule, not the other way around.
