It's like the cool younger sibling of our other programs – chill enough to ease you into the weightlifting scene, but serious enough to pack a real punch.

If your goal is to fine-tune your technique, build strength, or get a solid start on your Olympic lifting journey without the all-in commitment required by our advanced programs, the Club Program is your new best friend. It's like having your cake and eating it too, but replace the cake with barbells (disclaimer: please don't eat barbells).

Here's how it works: you'll get a programming template that's tailored to your goals and needs. Our coaches will tweak it to make sure it fits, and while you won't get the full video review treatment, you'll still have check-ins with your coach at the end of each block to make sure you're on track and not accidentally inventing new lifts (although, if you do, we call dibs on naming them).

Think of the Club Program as your gateway to the world of MWBC. It's perfect for those who want to dip their toes in the weightlifting waters before diving in headfirst. And who knows, maybe you'll love it so much that you'll want to join one of our other programs down the line. We promise we won't say "we told you so" (okay, maybe just a little).

    • Remote: $49 weekly
