THE NITTY GRITTY
Semi-Private Training sessions to ensure high coach support & guidance
Up to three 60 mins strength training sessions per week
Adaptable programming for three sessions (eg. if you do two in-person sessions you’ll have programming for a further one session you complete elsewhere)
programming updated every 4-6 weeks to keep you on track to your goals
An allocated coaching communication channel for all the support you require
Access to workshops & MWBC education for additional learning and support
